oops sorry its been a while since i dA-ed. your question about lucid dreams. yeah i used to have them much more often. write down what you are thinking about just before you fall asleep if you can. set your alarm about 1 hour into your (planned) sleep. you'll wake up remembering it all. the more you do that the more lucid your dreams become. now you dont have to do all that haha. but it is nicer just to feel like your dreams are real when you are having them at random times. both shallow sleep and deep sleep are good for lucid dreams. hope that helps. nice recent work as usual! peace
